Designed for a wide variety of users from adults to children and personal trainers, the Escape Reaction Trainer offers a fresh alternative for full body workouts. The Escape Reaction Trainer comprises three vertical poles, each with sensors and lights at the top, middle and bottom making nine targets in total. Manufactured from resilient foam, the pads that can be punched and, once the pad is struck, the lights and sounds move randomly to indicate a new target. It moves as quickly or as slowly as the player, making it ideal for children and adults whether individually or in a group. It is supplied with a computerised score keeper and timer with the score based on speed. Points are accumulated as the targets are hit and users can improve their scores by responding faster to the signals. As an alternative to the standard sounds in the Reaction Trainer, an I-pod or MP3 can be connected to it, playing whatever the user chooses.
